Falmouth is where FGB and CT met.</p></p><p><p>Charleston census of 1861 shows address as 9 Rutledge Ave</p></p><p><p>Colonel of Confederate cavalry unit during Civil War, was severely wounded at "Madaquire Creek" battle</p></p><p><p>Author of "The Peoples Money"- 1893</p></p><p><p>Was appointed Comptroller of the Currency by President Cleveland (1886-1889). In 1889 he was made President of the American Surety Co in New York, and went to reside there. He wassusequently president of the North American Trust Co.</p></p><p>Address at time of death was 312 W 73rd St NYC</p>
